Eligible Applicants

Athletes and teams representing Chelan or Douglas Counties whom rely upon voluntary funds to secure sufficient revenue to meet their expenditures.  Members of regional, state, national or international teams who confirm their primary residence in Chelan or Douglas County are eligible and will be considered as individual applicants representing the community. Professional and semi-professional athletes and teams are not eligible.
  2. Youth athletes  (under the age of 18) are given priority. Adult and senior athletes and teams are still eligible.
  3. Coaches or sports representatives of athletic teams located in or representing Chelan or Douglas counties.
